At the moment we are offering THREE lessons per week for absolute beginners either IN-HOUSE or VIRTUALLY.
Kindly book one class at a time 5 hours prior to the beginning of your chosen class. A link will be then sent to you at least one hour before the lesson. Available lessons: Monday 7-8pm Capoeira training, Wednesday 7-8pm Capoeira training and Friday online only 11am – 12 noon Capoeira conditioning.
