Soulful Yoga with Madeleine
I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for the past 10 years in which I have found tremendous healing from
my long-standing condition of epilepsy. Over time my practice really supported me and provided deep healing on a
physical, emotional and cellular level, which has resulted in becoming seizure free since the 8 years.
In 2017, I qualified in 200 Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training and it completely spoke to my soul, and I am
passionate about sharing the power of a yoga practice to promote physical, emotional and mental health.
I am dedicated to supporting anyone who is curious to try or for anyone seeking to
rebalance themselves from the stresses of daily life.
Wednesday Morning flow
I’m offering one uplifting morning yoga class every Wednesday to boost your mid week.
Designed to energise and supercharge your day, all morning sequences are based on
the foundation of vinyasa mixed with mindful movements and breath work is woven in.
I will provide guidance to help you tune into your own unique body in this all-inclusive and open level class.
Each week we will create space in our bodies and minds through the
practice and move into our lives feeling more open and in flow.

AcroYoga with Jaqui Wan
Jaqui is a supportive yet challenging teacher. Her practice is both powerful and dynamic and
her ethos is to advocate for playful collaboration and connection.
Jaqui is an experienced and certified yoga teacher with a practice spanning 20 years.
She’s a Level 2 AcroYoga teacher and one of the first certified teachers in AcroYoga and
was partly responsible for introducing this exciting form to the UK. She has for the past years focused her
energies on European acrobatics and is a keen base and flyer.
AcroYoga immerses the bodywork traditions of yoga asana; partner acrobatics & circus skills; and healing arts.
Unlike other forms of yoga, AcroYoga builds on the potential to connect with others, to build on
community and cultivate trust within an environment of safe play.
This practice involves three active roles:
• the spotter, who serves as an interpreter between the base and flyer and
aid the stability and success of a skill or flying sequence;
• the base, who is the pillar for which skills are conducted;
• the flyer, who is either the performer or the receiver of therapeutic flying.
AcroYoga combines both dynamic and therapeutic sequences that range from massage and
therapy to performance acrobatics and dance. Practitioners can follow set flows to the
point they become familiar with the practice and can then work on improvisation.
