About the Regular Pass
No class on the 4th and 25th of May (Bank Holiday)
🎟 Unlimited Pass – Regular
Train up to four times per week (Monday–Thursday) at the London School of Capoeira Herança. Perfect for students who want consistent practice and faster progress.
✨ We’re delighted to welcome back our continuing students, as well as beginners who have completed the introductory course!
🗓 Regular Class Schedule
Monday
7:00–8:00 pm – Intermediate students and those who have completed the introductory course
8:00–9:00 pm – Intermediate students and those who have completed the introductory course
Tuesday
7:00–8:00 pm – Beginner level and Intermediate
8:00–9:00 pm – Capoeira music class: practice the Berimbau and learn to play traditional instruments including the pandeiro (tambourine), atabaque (drum), reco-reco (scraper), and agogo (cowbell)
Wednesday
7:00–8:30 pm – Intermediate students and those who have completed the introductory course
The final 30 minutes will focus on a specific acrobatic movement, explored over 8 weeks.
Thursday
7:00–8:00 pm – Beginner level and Intermediate
8:00–9:00 pm – Training focused on playing in the Roda
👕 Please wear your London School of Capoeira Herança uniform to every class. It helps us train together in unity and tradition.
